PRIVATE INSTRUCTION AND COACHING

GET YOUR MERMAID ON!
Aqua Fitness enthusiasts are unique. We love to work out in the pool to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and increase our flexibility. We love the sense of calm that the water brings to our body and mind at the beginning and end of each workout. We desire the progressive strength and energy we produce while moving through water.
Unfortunately, athletic facilities and most pools are closed this summer as we move through this pandemic.
With health & safety being a priority, Aqua Rettie is offering coaching sessions for one or two clients at a time designed for appropriate distance in a safe, clean environment.
Options to consider for your sessions include:
1. Aqua Fitness Classes (with music and equipment)
2. Combined hydrobike training (great cross training for triathletes!)
3. A mixture of everything depending upon your mood!

HOW IT WORKS
I miss teaching and can be flexible on price - I know everyone's situations are different these days! Ideally, a 50 minute session will be $25 per client (max of 2 at the same time if you sign up with someone. Payable by check or cash. Otherwise, classes will be one on one with no one else in the pool area (except for my beagle Gabby.)
Text or email me to discuss.

Clients are required to wear masks upon arrival and departure, but not in the pool.
Clients will be asked to complete a liability waiver before first class. Please only consider signing up if you have been safely quarantined and have not knowingly been exposed to the virus.
Please note: No bathroom use on premises, so please come in your suit, bring towel, water shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and water bottle. Outdoor changing and shade areas available.
Aqua gloves are recommended for additional resistance.
March 12, 2020. CDC Guidance on COVID-19 and Water Transmission
Specifically, the CDC guidance states:
“There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
This guidance and other water-related guidance can be found at www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/php/water.html.
