We are water people. We love the peace and calm it brings us when we begin and complete an aqua workout. We use it to build cardiorespiratory and muscle endurance, progressively strengthen our muscles and increase our flexibility. We thrive on the energy and strength we produce when moving through it.
2023 Winter Class Schedule:
9:30 a.m. Blended Aqua Power (shallow and deep) on Monday's at the JFit Health Club at the Pozez JCC in Fairfax.
4 p.m. Monday - LAND Stretch class at JFit (I will stop teaching this class as soon as another instructor is found.)
Drop in's welcome for $10! You need to be in the JFit system to register for a day pass and sign up for class.

Tuesday - 8 a.m. deep/9 a.m. shallow@ Audrey Moore Rec Center
Thursday - 8 and 9 a.m. shallow @ OakMar Rec Center
Saturday - 9 a.m. shallow @ Providence Rec Center
With health and safety as a priority, Aqua Rettie Fitness will offer private instruction this spring, summer and into the fall until the leaves are too much to handle! Text or email to arrange your private work out and get your fix at the Rettie Pool in Falls Church!
Swim lessons available as well.
HOW IT WORKS
Note: Tracy is swimming the Cyclides Islands in Greece this spring and will be away June 12-July 6.
Text or email and I'll get back to you to schedule your session once we open the pool in spring of 2023. Sessions are $70 for individuals, payable by Venmo, check or cash. If you want to bring a friend with you - it will be $35 each.
The scheduled session will be just for you or you and your friend. There is no bathroom available so each session will run 45-55 minutes.
Important: Please sign up only if you are healthy, have received full doses of the CoVid 19 vaccination, and have not knowingly been exposed to the CoVid 19 virus or any variants.
Tracy is fully vaccinated.
All clients will sign two liability release forms.
There is an outdoor changing area - but no rest room available.
Please come in your suit, and bring a
Towel, Water Shoes (necessary for bike use and also for best shallow water workout), Hat and Sunglasses, Sunscreen
Filled water bottle, and you might consider getting a pair of aqua gloves for added resistance and use on the Hydrobike, Change of clothes (optional.)

Tracy is a highly rated certified aqua fitness professional. She is certified by the Aquatics Exercise Association (AEA), American Council on Exercise (ACE) and an AEA Arthritis Foundation Program Leader. She holds instructor certificates from WaveMakers® and Water ThaiFit Body Combat®, is a Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor (WSI), an ACE Behavior Change Specialist and holds CPR and First Aid certificates. Newly certified by the ACA as a Level 1: Introduction to Kayaking Instructor. She is also a member of US Masters Swimming.
